Join us in this relaxing meditation and discover your calm peaceful center with mindfulness practices. This workshop includes gentle movement and meditation. We will also address some of the popular myths around meditation and ways to practice at home.
For this meditation you will have the option of sitting or lying down: please bring mat, blanket, pillows, and anything else you may need to be comfortable.
