Often in life we wonder “who am I”.
In this workshop we will explore traits and characteristics that lead you to discovering who you are at your best. Participants will take part in exercises that will lead you to a better understanding of what is important to you, what you respect and admire resulting in a clear picture of the authentic best self. An ideal is a principle or standard worth trying to achieve. Your ideal self is the person that you've always imagined being, and encompasses all the power, strength, and integrity, you've aspired to. This ideal invokes a sense of confidence, pride, and serenity, and is you, at your best. Dress comfortable, there will be gentle movement and a meditation to end the evening.
