Sunday Supper Club

You asked for it and we have it!

Iwona and Linda are local health coaches that teach nutrition and cooking classes and have been asked repeatedly from their clients and students for a program that will help them to stay inspired and motivated.

Join the Sunday Supper Club and get nutrition education, supportive discussion, cooking demos and great food to keep you at your healthiest. You will learn strategies to improve your current and future health and reach your personal goals. Participants will feel better and have more energy, sleep better, lose weight and feel their best!

The Sunday Supper Club will meet every other week on Sunday evening at 6:30 in Tolland. Bring a healthy supper for yourself or bring something to share with the group – it’s an excellent opportunity to test out recipes and ingredients that may be new to you. We will have cooking demos and samplings as well. 

We will discuss nutrition and lifestyle topics and give you the opportunity to ask questions and get support to make the step-by-step changes in your life that will yield your best health.

When: Sunday evenings, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
9/18, 10/2, 10/16, 10/30, 11/6, 11/20 12/4 qnd 12/18

Cost: $140 for all 8 sessions; $75 for the first 4 sessions; $20 Drop-in rate if space is available.
