In this workshop we will look at mindfulness and how this practice can help you realize your potential, manage your emotions and improve your relationships. This approach to wellness is vital to achieve your personal best. Through meditations and exercises you will discover the synergies between mindfulness and character strengths and how this can improve your ability to engage with life’s meaning and purpose. The outcome will be an improved ability to live up to one’s potential, and will foster more positivity in daily activities. Dress comfortably. There will be gentle movement and a meditation to end the evening.
